Shipping policy

At spacetren, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we work with the suppliers from around the world to deliver high quality product to our customer. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch or fabrication within 24 hours after the order is placed. For items that are order-to-manufacture, the time would be indicated within the product description. Please DO CHECK WITH US the fabrication period prior to placing order.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Subject to the item ordered, international delivery usually takes about 45–65 business days subject to country. Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier.

 

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?

Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.

 

Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?

You can only specify one address per order on spacetren.

If you're buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.
