Condition of Refund
While we are excited and grateful for your business, we would encourage our customers to communicate with us prior to placing the order. Typically we would communicate on specifications (eg. size, photos), disclaimers, shipping period etc so our customers are fully aligned on the expectation. As our platform Shopify now applies a 6.5% charge on every refund made via credit card, by fully aligned with our customers before you place the order, we hope to avoid such unnecessarily cost for you. Once the item has been shipped, we will be unable to provide refund shall there be no damages of item or fault by our store.
Damages and issues
All items dispatched from our warehouse are tested and checked to ensure customer satisfactory. However, at instances, there might be exceptions which we would need your help to identify. Upon receiving the items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 12 hours after the item is delivered if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
